"Consigliato dal gemello del Gol di Forlani nel San Paolo 2024-25 (Paolino) decido di pranzare nell’ormai ex American Graffiti. Esterno pulito, accoglienza con ragazza gentile, proposta di menù alla carta o indicazioni sopra la postazione cucina. Opto per il solito menù completo con Lemonsoda così da ridurre i bias tra le varie recensioni. Mi accomodo su poltroncine meglio del divano di casa mia e attendo. Locale ben curato, noto anche una postazione Privé ideale per feste simile a ring WWE. Capitolo cibo: patatine squisite e croccanti, panino ottimo. Noto come ci sia una maggior importanza per l’aceto rispetto al piccante. Opzione a me nuova ma che ho apprezzato, bel rischio imprenditoriale ma opzione gradita. Verdura croccante e panino con una nota simil brioches nella mollica. Se devo individuare un punticino di miglioramento indico la croccantezza della carne: foglia larga premia il palato ma il crunch pane-carne-verdura porta all’eccellenza. Nel complesso molto molto bene. 8.5/10"
